False Advertising

We bought a vehicle at Mit Mak (MM) during last month. The vehicle was advertised as having a full service history, and we obviously paid the price based on that fact. When we received the vehicle, there was no service book. We took it up with Mit Mak and with a lot of follow-ups, there was no service book and it was confirmed that the car did not have a full service history. At the end of the discussion, MM gave us a few benefits to "make up for the false advertising", like a free service etc, and advised us that this is a lesson that we can learn, to make sure that we, as the customers, read the contract more carefully and make sure that everything is in place before making the purchase. The reason for this review is just for you, as a customer, to make sure of the facts and not trust the adverti*****ts, as advised by Mit Mak.
