Extremely bad experience 😢

I logged a complaint on 05/10/2021. Various managers called me to say they will assist with the issue. I was contacted on the 23rd to say that they have found me a wind deflector and I need to go fit it and confirm if this was the correct one. I went through on the 28th as I had to drive through from Randburg to Pretoria only to find that this was a second hand item in a terrible condition. The manager from the dealership was then unavailable to take my call and I was then contacted by another manager who has given me the assurance that this will be resolved. I await the feedback.
