Exceptional Service & Professionalism

I would like to commend the Mit Mak Motors staff for excellent service, in particular Phillip and Piero.

I posted my vehicle for sale on Cars.co.za, Phillip contacted me to arrange an inspection and test drive. Piero arrived on the agreed date, he was very professional and knowledgeable on my vehicle.

Mit Mak Motors made an offer within an hour of the test drive, but unfortunately the offer was below what I wanted. They called me a couple of days later and had pushed up the offer to what was acceptable to me.

Arrangement was made for the vehicle to be settled with the bank and collected the next day. I'm happy to say the transaction went through without a hiccup, vehicle was settled same day and the difference paid to my account.
