Exceptional auto dealership and committed sales representatives
A short while ago, I made a purchase at Mit Mak Motors for a motor vehicle. The quality of their service is exceptional, and the vehicle was in immaculate condition. Sibusiso Sindane, the gentleman who was assisting me, worked very hard to make sure that I was able to obtain the vehicle. Even after the dealership had closed, he continued to work until I finally left around 7 o'clock. Because Mr. Sindane provided such excellent service to me, I have no reservations in recommending Mit Mak Motors to anyone.

10 Nov 2022, 12:14I wrote a review of your service and gave it a five-star rating. Now that I've experienced your terrible post-purchase service, I feel compelled to review this rating. Your method of reimbursing the licensing fees has me feeling incredibly frustrated. I was instructed to license the vehicle and provide you with proof of the licensing fees in order to receive a refund, and I was told that this would happen within 24 hours. I submitted my licensing fees 14 days ago, but the reimbur*****t is still pending. In our conversation, Mr. Sindane admitted that he is powerless because his plea for the processing of these funds was ignored. Please tell me what to do so that I can get my money back.
