EXCELLENT SERVICE - WE WERE TREATED LIKE LIFETIME PARTNERS

We were looking to trade-in my wife's Merc A200 and couldn't find any better offer in Cape Town until Mit-Mak made a reasonable offer through Auto Trade. Their experienced and honest buyer Marco in Cape Town visited us to view the car and give us a final offer. Because Marco is knowledgeable in what he does, he didn't only offered to buy but also gave us advice on available options in the market. He then referred us to the Salesman Ronnie and his Manager Naas in Pretoria. This deal was becoming awkward and scary as MitMak does not have a Dealership in Cape Town, and the car we were buying was in Pretoria and could only see it in pictures. After back and forth finalising the deal, settling of our car with the bank and sorting out insurance on the new car, we had to handover our car and wait on the delivery by the truck in 7 days. Before we knew it Ronnie and Naas on realising that the truck delivery to Cape Town was going to take long they offered to book a flight for me and my wife to go fetch the vehicle in Pretoria. Ronnie fetched us on time at OR Tambo airport and we were treated to a breakfast and the car was then delivered in a razzmatazz treat which we never experienced with any of the dealerships before. We then drove home to Cape Town with no issues on the car until to date. On arrival we licensed the vehicle and refunds were made as promised thanks to Damian. All we can say is that MitMak makes buying of a car a stress-less experience.
