EXCELLENT SERVICE AT MIT-MAK MOTORS

Pre-Sale I was looking for a car last month and came across Mit Mak on Autotrader. They had the car that I really wanted but I was skeptical engaging or even purchasing from the dealer because I knew nothing about them. I then decided to check them on Hello Peter and to my surprise everyone was taking nothing but all the good things about them. I then decided to take the leap of faith and tried them out... I saw the car on a particular Sunday and gave them a call on Monday and I was assigned a sales consultant by the name of Pierre Hartzenberg and I went to see him and the car o the very same day. He took me for a test drive and explained everything I needed to know about the car and his company (Mit-Mak). He is so professional and he somehow had way to make me feel comfortable with the huge decision I was about to make of buying this car. To my amazement everything was concluded within a week and I had my BMX X4 on the very same week that Friday. Post Sale Pierre kept on updating me with the progress of getting the car registration documents and I also made sure that his finance department also pay me the R500.00 bonus fee that they always advertise on Instagram. He has extensive knowledge in dealing with customers and really understand the motor industry. I have already recommended a few people to the dealer and will definitely continue to do business with Mit-Mak Motors. Keep up the good work
