I bought a BMW from MitMak in 2019. The trade-in of my previous vehicle at the time, and signing of the documents, and the delivery of the BMW was seamless. In January 2023, I traded my BMW (previously purchased from MitMak) and purchased a Mercedes-Benz. I have to comment on the service I received, as well as the professionalism, attention to detail, guidance and support, as well as the explanation in terms of depth and knowledge by the parties who assisted me. A special mention goes out to the Branch Manager, Arnold, for his leadership skills, and his allocation of a salesperson to assist in the purchasing of the Merc. To the salesman, JP, for his continuous support, check-in, updates, feedback, and delivery of the Merc! This young man has great potential to further develop into an invaluable asset to the organisation, and position himself well in the motor industry! Your efforts do not go unnoticed, and your vibrant, warm personality certainly caters for a welcoming customer experience. A final thanks goes out to the F&I, Eduan, who guided me through every single step of the signing process to finalisation; his perfectionism, attention to detail, and assistance most certainly allow for an excellent customer experience, which in turn allows for future return in terms of purchasing a vehicle from MitMak again.
