Excellent Customer Service

I would like to take this time to applaud Sheri at MIT MAK MOTORS for an excellent customer service, She has a winner’s attitude, and I appreciate the fact that she takes customers seriously. She offered to do more than i could ever imagine. She leads by example and her team is very lucky to have her as a manager. A true asset to the company indeed. After a small issue i encountered on Friday, she took over and made sure the correct process was followed, she kept me informed of next steps, My BMW X6 was in good hands and SHE went an extra mile to make sure the BMW specialist dignose my car for a full service and possible repairs i really appreciate her excellent service, and im so confident that all that is remaining to be done will be executed well, May she be rewarded Mightily her great service. For this i will always come back to the workshop. Can i also appreciate the processess implemented by the company, i was dropped off after i left my car to be serviced, my car was returned to me today awaiting further fixes, was a wonder to hear Sheri saying if the car is not in a good condition to drive will give me a courtesy car, wow. MIT MAK MOTORS YOU ARE THE BEST. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. TRULY HUMBLED.
