Empty promises and unprofessional service.
Empty promises and unprofessional. I emigrated in October. I had to sell my car and had a few of the car dealerships visit me and MitMak made the highest offer. I realised that I had lost my Natis documents and the buyer came back on the day that I left the country so that we can do the official paper work and sign. He said they were willing to wait, unfortunately it took a bit longer but I informed them on the 13th of November to please fetch the car so that we can finalise the deal (this all happened within 30days I also got legal advice). They ignored me until I wrote a facebook complaint and also hello peter. Eventually they offered me R15000 less. I complained again and they phoned to beg me to remove the bad reviews and that they will now offer me R9k less but I have to remove the reviews. The car was moved to a safe place so the km stayed the same and I kept to my side of the deal unlike them. They came with so many excuses and I urgently had to get rid of the car to a loss because of their empty promises. Also the main buyer phone and made jokes because he knows I am angry and can hear that I am sick so that is probably why I am unhappy with them. I informed them that I was no longer interested in doing business with them as the whole thing was handled in such an unprofessional manner and also begging me to remove the reviews and giving me less money in the end is a win win for them. People should know about what happened and be careful to not let it happen to them. I lost thousands of rands due to them.

You were informed that our purchasing contract is only valid for 7-10 days. We waited 30 days for the Natis of your vehicle, that is why the first offer expired.
A duplicate request of a Natis document only takes 7 to 10 days and not 30 days as it was the case here.
Trade and retail values have changed and the stockholding of that particular vehicle type also increased therefore we had to re-evaluate our offer.
When you initially advertised the vehicle for sale you did not make any of us aware that you did not have the original documentation at hand which would have assisted everyone involved.
One of our buyers that assisted you did communicate this in every aspect.
Therefore, we gave you a new offer after the 30 days, which you refused. We then offered you more, and it was denied again.
Our buyer did not mean to offend you in any way while you were sick; he was just friendly and caring.
