Don't Use MitMak!

I bought a 2008 BMW 125i coupe from MitMak in November 2020 from Francois Grobler for R175000. I also bought the warranty from Bryte Insurance that MitMak offers. Since then, I have driven the car less than 10 100kms over the course of less than 2 years. When I asked MitMak to value the vehicle in 2022 and see if they'd be interested in buying it back, their offer was R90000. This shows that the initial R175000 was an absolute rip-off. The fact that the car is now valued at 90K shows that they totally ripped me off in 2020 with the 175k. Their cars are unreasonably over-priced and also non-negotiable. The car did not come with a spare key or a service history either. I have now sold the car to WeBuyCars for R100 000.

In addition to this, the car gave me problems. I had to send the car in a few times to get fixed in two years. The warranty that MitMak offers through Bryte insurance doesn't cover nearly enough. I was verbally told by Francois Grobler that it covers "all mechanical faults" and "anything mechanical," which was a lie. They will try to find any way to avoid actually paying out on the warranty.

I do not recommend MitMak Motors and will make sure all my friends and family do not go to them. Don't waste your time and money on them. If you do, you will regret it.
