Dissapointing Post Sales support: This car is BROKEN :(

I had this car for all of 4 months and then it started acting up. MitMak Motors has been playing hide and seek saying they will get it fixed but nothing.

This is the second month from when I first reported it first to Janine and was eventually told she left and now Henre keeps saying he is waiting for feedback.

I guess they move quicker with bad reviews so this is it. I have a car with a licking EGR cooler and I have to buy coolant just to drive down the shop. The turbo is faulty and they know this yet Im paying for this.

I paid for my diagnostic and gave them a full report. I even enquired with the warranty provider and gave them the outcome and approval but there is NOTHING being done.

I drove the car to Mitmak's depo and Henre promised it would be sorted and obviously I wouldn't have to pay for this 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️. WOW!!!

It's still here, probably doing more damage 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
