Dishonest, Pathetic, ****ty service, a lemon of a car I got from them

Bought a car 3weeks ago. Car was delivered to me with EPC & Engine light illuminated on the cluster, Car was and still is on limp mode it’s A Golf GTi. A guy buy the name of Clayton at their main branch?Very disappointed in this guy, very *********** and dishonest. Busy dodging this matter mind you I paid cash for the car, my money is now taken, now they taking me for a ****. I’m sitting with a sick vehicle, they don’t want to fix it, he’s busy giving me lame excuses as Into why the car is on limp mode as if I’m stupid a clueless about vehicles. Took the car to a reputable mechanic for diagnosing, happens that the car has an issue with the turbo actuator and the camshaft bolts, & oxygen sensors, while I’m being told the car is on limp mode because it had a mini cat removed imagine? Mxm..none of those things were disclosed to me upon buying this vehicle. Mind you I don’t even have the papers of the vehicle, this Clayton guy as usual with his incompetency has left me hanging, I constantly have to run after him for updates and he never reverts back to me. Today was just my last straw and I’ll expose them till they sort their mess out I’m not letting this case go, I’ve been ****** my money. A lesson learned, this was my second buy at Mitmak and probably the last. Pathetic, dishonest and ****ty client service.
