Delivery of vehicle

Henno provided me with a very good service. After agreement of the sale the administration an logistics become complicated. Policy was not propperly explained but after numerous calls and confirmations it became clearer that MikMak systems was actually developed to assist the client. Promises made seems to committed to but the value of the vehicle is questionable. Henno provided feedback frequent. Although it was confirmed that the vehicle is getting picked up at 13:30, the vehicle was not ready.
