DELIBERATE FALSE ADVERTISING WITH ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY

Everything was perfect - in fact I experienced everything that I thought I would, and more...until I wanted to confirm the service history...

How can you advertise a vehicle as having a full service history, when in fact the last official record of a service was in 2017, 9 years ago?

Astute buyers are lured by a full service history, as it suggests that all servicing, including preventative maintenance, has been carried out on a vehicle.

The salesperson should not have to answer for this, although he tried his best, trying to condone this by citing that they serviced the vehicle after purchase. This situation renders everything stated by the owner in his introductory video to clients as highly suspect.

This is so very dissapointing and certainly not what I expected

I have given Mit Mak motors 2 opportunities to respond - citing that i did not want to post a review without allowing them the right of reply. Even so, no effort to respond.

The vehicle in question was a 2011 BMW 750i.
