Dean was very professional in his dealings with me. He brought the vehicle to my house for a demo and answered all my questions. He kept in contact throughout the buying process and gave regular updates on the progress at Ford (it had to go to Ford to sort out an issue with the radio). Dean then delivered the vehicle to my house once the the vehicle returned from Ford. The whole process was seamless and stress free.
