Complaint

I Bought a Ford Eco Sport 2017 with 72000km on the clock on 21 January 2023. Monday 23 January they were suppose to deliver, but during servicing they picked up that the fuel injectors needed to be replaced. I waited for my car until 3 February 2023 . Less then 2 months on 1 April 2023 the car broke down and left me along side the N12. The car has been in Mit Mak Motors workshop since then more than 3 months. They informed me the engin needs to be replaced as well as the Turbo , the engin block , then it was the Chainlink , now according to them they had to test the fuel injectors again. After I phoned them and said I lost faith in the car as well as their workshop now they are saying the sump got damaged and leaked oil. No oil leaked from the car and no indicators showing warning signs. I asked Mit Mak to please refund me as I no longer have trust in the reliability of their vehicle . Since last week they haven't phoned me with feedback .
