I just bought a 2nd car from Mit Mak Motors.

April 2019 a BMW 650i Gran Coupe for my wife. I had the vehicle inspected by BMW and a few issues were found. Long story short no watter what problem I presented to Mit Mak Motors, it was resolved 100%. Today my wife won’t let me drive het car. She also has total confidence in it.

In July 2020 I wanted to replace my 7 seater X5. Looked on the Internet, saw many of what I wanted. At the spur of the moment I send a WhatsApp to Mit Mak at about 19:45 what my minimum requirements are. The reply came in minutes, the only problem being the colour. I did not want a silver car. Jan from Mit Mak assured me I will like the car.

Driving around for the best trade-in, my gut feel took me to Mit Mak Motors. The car was not yet prepped to sell, so I saw it in the state it was purchased by Mit Mak. The car actually looks great in the silver .... I found the previous owner had Paint Protective Film at various key locations on the car, which prompted me to ad at other locations, like side sills, door handles, etc. No problem, Mit Mak saw that it was done at no extra cost. On delivery, the Sevice History Book was no where to be found. Again no problem, as a replacement was immediately ordered from BMW. No cost to me.

If you are a customer that want everything just perfect, even in a second hand car, no dealer come to mind that can compete with Mit Mak Motors.

I’m a Business man and with Covid in play, finance was the only challenge, until Annemarie made it her personal mission to resolve. With everything confirmed except the brand of toothbrush I use, finance was approved well below Prime Rate.

Yes except for the color that was not on my spec sheet. Mit Mak Motors and Jan exceeded my every wish.
