Great experience, friendly staff and very helpful. Gerhard helped us pick a vehicle in our price range and with low mileage. He helped with all the documentation and everything was online. Only problem I can think of was that there was no spare key for the vehicle and we were not informed after I specifically asked about it. Now we are responsible for that costs. Otherwise would recommend them.
