Breakdowns and poor communication

Recently bought my third vehicle from Mit Mak with very good sales service. However, the vehicle broke down three times with the same issue within the first three weeks - even though the problem was 'fixed' each time. Lost more than half a tank of diesel each time the issue occurred, was not replaced once. Zero communication by the Mit Mak team regarding the status of my vehicle during the (three) repair stages. Only after the third breakdown, I received a courtesy car - which was filled with dog hairs all over the place with a horrible smell. Not a pleasant experience.
