BEWARE of MIK MAK MOTORS

We bought 2 vehicles from MikMak end of 2021. We received 5star service from the selling team to get the vehicle sold to us. If we only knew then the trouble we would have. The facts that you must buy an additional warranty with a vehicle should have been the first red lights. We should have realized that we have been ********** with the vehicle prices when the insurance queried the purched price agains the their retail value. Mik Mak provided a letter to the insurance consisting of the extra's worth. To get an appointment at Mik Mak's workshop take a lot of fighting as they are too busy to assist because of all the vehicles with issues. We would send a vehicle for repairs, it will come back with the same problem. The vehicle will then go back and they will keep it for days. We have even send a vehicle in for a part to be replaced, but marked the part before sending it to them. Mik Mak gave the vehicle back claiming the part was replaced even thought it was clearly not. They have no shame in lying to your face. Not a year later, we wanted to sell the vehicles back to them. For a Jeep Wrangler bought @ R430 000 they are willing to buy back @ R310 000. Claiming the extras has no worth. For a BMW x5 bought for R390 000, they are willing to buy back for R280 000. This in just a year later. Mik Mak sells vehicles way above retail value to the public who will only realize it when you want to sell the vehicle again.
