Purchaser beware, once you don't agree with them they will string you along forever. Be weary of any company where they wont give you contact details for any senior management.

I have been without my car now for almost 4 months after a catastrophic engine failure, after 5 months of owning the car. They want me to pay the shortfall on the extended warranty, But the vehicle still fell under their 6 month warranty. I have been trying to get an appointment with the GM to discuss a way forward but to no avail seems like they will just play for time and try to wear you down and hold you to ransom to the point where you just pay.
