The experience dealing with Mit Mak Motors was exceptional. In a complete different class to any other car dealership. Bobby communicates very professional, prompt and respectful and the purchase process was very well explained from the start. Bobby handed the sale over to Eugene Beukes (one of his Tier 3 Sales Executives) and from that point forward Eugene and I exchanged Whatsapp messages daily for a period of 4 weeks until I took delivery of my vehicle.

Eugene is very meticulous with his inspection of the interior and exterior of the vehicle and the processes went through various iterations until everything met Eugene's quality standards. Pictures and videos were shared with me often to keep me up to date.

2 Year warranty was sold to me which gives me mechanical peace of mind and Mit Mak Motors dealt with all the paperwork. It was as easy as just signing on the dotted line. They do all the rest. Supp**** me with a temporary license disc, while arranging for the Change of Ownership, new number plates and new license disc. Even arranged delivery of the vehicle to my house which is 1300km's away from Mit Mak Motors on a truck.

Even during the truck delivery stage, Eugene kept me informed of progress and ETA. Eugene even kept contact after delivery of the vehicle and offered his open door policy in case I have any questions or need assistance with the vehicle in any way.

Dealing with Mit Mak Motors is on a different level to any other dealership. I will never ever use another dealership again. I have already promoting Mit Mak Motors with my family, friends and business colleagues. They are the most professional dealership outfit in SA!
