Bad day

Im writing this review in english so everyone understands and im honest . I wanted the car .Paid the holding dep on Wednesday and said they must find the best interest rate .On Monday early in the morning like 7 o clock 5 days later i was there The car was not cleaned or prepared. They only started doing the paperwork when i was there After getting the best interest rate signing and paid all moneys late afternoon the sales person told me the trade in value of my other car is 20000 less than we talked about. I lost it .Then got the amount after i refused and the senior agreed .Then they didnt let the admin guy know about the 20000 that i already paid .After all paperwork was done i wanted to take the car the salesman refused because the money didnt show in there Bank .I showed them the proof that it was paid from my bank to them and they got my id ,banking details ,approval ,address and 4/5 of the total money that the car cost Now here i lost it and no one wanted to take the responsibility to decide if i can take the car After the hole bluddy day they refused and i had to wait till the next day to get it They friendly and the after sales warranty is exellent and i wanted to say they are good but to be honest and im always honest the service was ****ing bad Pieter Nortje
