Bad Bad service from the workshop staff
I purchased a Suzuki baleno at mitmak in 2021 October and also bought the warranty insurance. My car was delivered the following day after I purchased it. I got in to the car to drive test it. I immediately heard a sound on the left front wheel and the vibration when pulling off and also discovered that the steering buttons for the radio were not functioning.i was so angry and immediately call my sales guy Given to explain to him about the vehicle's problem and he advised me to bring the vehicle to be checked which I did. It was tested and I was given a date to bring it to repaired. I brought it on the date I was told to bring it and it was booked in. After two weeks a they called me to tell me to come and pick up my car because it was ready. I never tested the car because because I trusted the dealership.on my way home i hered the same sounds and the were only two steering buttons working only volume buttons. To cut the story short is my vehicle was in and out the workshop until they them self diagnosed my car and I was told the the clutch need to be adjusted which I never complained about. It was at mitmak for three months that's when I started to fight with them until I get my car back and I was told that it's fine.i test drive it and that now a nightmare, it was making noise when you put gear no 2. It was booked in again and I was told that they will have to replace the clutch kit. They took it to replace it and after a month I was called to come and fetch my car it's been fixed. When I got there, the workshop manager tested it him self but it shows him flames, it was still making some noise when he put it to gear no 2. That time I never took it with me I left it at thier workshop and they told me they are going to replace the new clutch kit that they fitted in my car with the one that they will purchase at the Suzuki agent.i don't know why they did but it's okay now. They were supposed to service my for two years as per our agreement. I tried calling them to arrange for a service but they gave me a runaround until I took my car to Suzuki to be serviced and they diagnosed it and found out the side shaft is leaking. To my knowledge ,it leaks because they removed the gearbox many times.i told the workshop foreman (Ernest) he looked me in my eyes and told me that they will never fix the car, but remember I bought the warranty insurance at mitmak. I will take my car to be fixed because it's mine, but I regret the day I set my foot at that dealer because they are bad news. One last thing, don't listen to what they will say to you when you want to buy a car because some of the things they will tell you don't appear in their purchase document
