Bad bad service!!!

This company's employees do not keep promises and does not care about any potential clients. Took a vehicle in for a trade inn valuation and had to ask for a valuation value after 2 weeks.... They promised to phone back on the 2 nd bussiness day after our visit... never happened?! Gave a completly wrong vehicles valuation for my vehicle.. ( may be they dont know the difference between a single cab, extended cab , or a double cab vehicle) When responding back they did not do proper investication into the matter before making a call to client..... I would not recomment any possible buyer to this company... After actually asking them to have the CEO to phone me back, my request were ignored. ( I only think he should be aware of how bad their service really is ) I also would not like any futher contact with this bad service provider
