Bad Afterr sale service

I am Jaco Erasmus and my daugher Tessa bought a White 2018 V/W Polo R-Line CASH about 4 weeks ago from the h and decided to buy it.Also the bonnet of the car was sprayed over and there was paint drippings on the front end of the bonnet. She then contacted them and told them about it. The car was taken in and the dent was sorted. Thank you for that quick response but then a week later I drove with her and she pumped the music and I told her that the sound is not right. It's actualy pathetic sound!!! She contacted them again and the car was then booked AGAIN on 20 April to see whats wrong. So they discovered that some of the pins that holds the door panels to the door was broken, so the panels were loose. Then when they took the panels off to check for loose wires, etc. they also discovered that the speakers that was in the doors was loose and not even the original speakers from V/W. Cheap **** speakers and not the right size to fit in the doors. There was a warning light that came on on the dash that we didn't know what it was but they discovered it was because of the sound that the warning light came on. Then they said there is a noise when the car starts up and it must go to V/W too sort it. NOW my complaint is : My daughter gets NO feedback from the workshop about how far they are with the car!! SHE must call or message them and when sms's is sent to the workshop's number she doesn't get feedback... so she keeps on asking from her side untill she gets an answer... They dont tell her when she can get her car back???? Its been 10 freaking days and no car???? How long can it take to take the car to a sound shop to fix the sound and to V/W to fix the noise at the engine?????? IM SORRY BUT THE AFTER SALE SERVICE SUCKS!! Someone is not doing there job!
