As a female purchasing my very own golf R from the Mit Mak branch in Johannesburg while based in cape town.. the process seemed scary and daunting not knowing if the vehicle was going to arrive with any faults or problems, however, the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Divan went above and beyond to ensure I was constantly receiving updates and pictures of my new baby through out the process, I have never experienced such warm friendly service even when I was hounding as to when my vehicle would be arriving Divan and Sindie ensured I was comfortable and kept in the loop at all times. The vehicle arrived in outstanding condition! Washed, fuel in the tank, and not a single problem with the vehicle. What an amazing experience. Truly grateful
