Another Happy Customer - Excellent Service

This was my 1st time buying a vehicle from non-agent car dealership therefore I was distrustful. I called the dealership to check availability of the vehicle. The consultant was very professional and within minutes of the call, I was sent a message with the adverti*****t for the vehicle, the dealership information and a sale consultants information.

We liaised over Whatsapp for most of the deal since the dealership was 62kms from home. I then made a visit to the dealership to view the vehicle, which was at the recon centre. The sales agent Eugene, was very professional and honest. We viewed the car at the recon center. I got to speak directly to the technician that did the work on the vehicle. I highlighted a few minor issues (scratches, chips) on the vehicle.

Within the week of my visit, Eugene ensured all the issues on the bodywork had been repaired, the vehicle was fitted with 4 new tyres, the annual service was completed, the vehicle was valeted and polished.

Eugene originally confirmed the delivery for the Saturday ( a week since my visit), however on the Friday, my vehicle was delivered to my home at no additional cost.

The dealership is also equipped with technology to enable a smooth credit application process and knowledgeable staff who understands the processes with the financial institutions.

I am very impressed with the service. Excellent work Eugene!
