Amazing service and going the extra mile

We recently had a bad fire at our home and my mothers pride and joy her fiat 500c caught fire aswell and she had to watch it dissapear.. She was very emotional. I quickly searched for a replacment and immediatly i saw the same car although this time it was in RED her favorite colour. And it just checked all the boxes. Gerhard the salesman even arranged for it to be delivered at our home in Durban.

We had an issue with our insurance paying out on time in order for us to make sure we could secure the car. Rayno the Sales Manager then stepped up after i explained we just cant loose this car! He was a gentleman from the outset, positive and keen to help! Suffice to say he spoke to the BIG BOSS and managed to really go out of the way and bend the rules in our favour, confirmation that that they took the time to listen and empathise on our behalf.

With all the stress my mom has had to go through loosing so many valuable , centimental things. The Biggest blow was loosing her baby. She has been her old self again and has pepped up.
