A well established car sales entity - professional and trustworthy

JP Smit was my service advisor. 10 out of 10 for effort, energy and commitment to making the sale and providing an overall positive experience right up until it was time to conclude the deal. JP's enthusiasm to close the sale ended up with me waiting almost 3 hours at the main branch in the Cafe in idle. His heart was in the right place, and he did all that he could to remedy the situation/delay by filling additional fuel and changing all 4 tyres instead of the 2 that was agreed.
