A Rough start to an impressive end.

We can start with; Would I recommend Mit Mak Motors as a place to purchase a vehicle? Yes I would. They are excellent and really do try to make sure clients are happy. If that is all you were looking for, go for it, if you want to understand why, read the rest.

The day I went and looked at cars was amazing I was treated like I was the only client, everyone friendly the whole time, we found a car I can buy ****tle Fiat 500 Sport, my own little Italian sports car...) and the sale started, signed paperwork, while the car was at Recon, so it would have still had repairs that needed to be completed. I was given an unrealistic promise for delivery expectation from the salesman (that was gone 3 days after sale was made and no longer represents Mit Mak).

They asked for an extension when realizing where things are, and they got one, but with a lot of pressure from me to get things done faster than it would usually take, as I didn't want to keep waiting after the initial date being missed due to the salesman not sharing the status of all that needed to happen in the beginning(I am not a mechanic, but am mechanically inclined, and after being told everything that needs to happen understood why it would take longer, but it didn't reduce how unhappy I was because of it,) They really tried to deliver but a few things were missed due to the rush because of the pressure I put on them.

From here we had some problems (nothing severe or mechanical, and mostly on the minor side) that got me frustrated with the car over and over, many I would have overlooked in a private sale to be honest, but from a dealership I expected more.

All of that said, 2 months in I give them the 5 star rating with a smile, and here's why: Mark, Stefan, Curtis, Divan, Nathan and everyone else I dealt with after the sale was completed from Mit Mak, at every moment treated me like an important client, like I just dropped Millions on a car. Like they would walk across glass barefoot if that is what would help me have the experience of purchasing a car they all strive for,

From after hour deliveries, collections, picking up the phone on a Sunday, multiple collections at my work, providing me with transport when needed, and always with a smile and a friendly attitude, regardless of how I was presenting myself or how rude I was, they stayed professional at every moment.

There were some 3rd party errors that caused issues during the process, and at no point did they shift blame, just taking the punches and resolving the issues.

I received my car back today after an early collection this morning to resolve the last issue, currently the car is at a point where I would say they went above and beyond to make sure I smile when I look at the car and drive it.

A used car, that gives you a new car smile, I gave them a hard time but, through it all I never felt like Mit Mak did not try their best to make me happy, even while I was trying to convince myself and them otherwise, I will easily recommend Mit Mak as a company to purchase from, and I will easily purchase from them again.
