Toxic disinterest

<p>I bought a pack of juicy jellies three weeks ago (last week of june 2016). They have an expiry date of January 2017. As I put one in my mouth, I got a horrible chemical taste that lingered for a while. I let my wife an friend taste, and they both agreed. I kept the packet and receipt, and when I got a chance, I sent a friendly e-mail to the consumer address printed on the back. I included pics of the barcode and expiry date, and advised that I kept the packet should they want to investigate. Ten days later now, they have not even acknowledged receipt of my mail. Why do they bother with a feedback address if this is how much they care...? Very disappointing indeed. No more mister sweet products for me.</p>
