Terrible Customer service

<p>I buy the 'Wild Berry' rascals - this is the only flavour i enjoy most of all. I went two weeks back to buy a packet of Wild Berry rascals and it didnt taste good at all. My tongue went numb, I was feeling light headed and nauseous, it really tasted like i was eating poison. The taste and the look was off (I only noticed after inspecting it when i thought something wasnt right). I wrote Mister Sweets an EMail and they rep**** to ask for the Batch Number and they will investigate. I rep****. I have not heard back from them. When i send EMails, Nothing comes from it. When i phone "They're not available". Despicable service really. It puts me off from buying any sweets from Mister Sweets. </p>
