Sour Milk Taste on their Milk Bottle sweets

In early 2013 i purchased a packet of Mister Sweet Milk Bottles Sweet Range, at the Model Park Sasol Garage in Witbank. After eating a few i tasted that they were off and had a sour taste, I looked at the expiry date and it was still fine . I then emailed their client services centre and they called me back to get the bar code and batch number , the lady on the other side took my details and promised to send me a courtesy package. Its almost 2 years now and I have since left Witbank and have never heard from them ever since. I have since left Witbank and reside in Port Elizabeth. What made me write this complaint is that i went sweet buying this past weekend for a kids party and i saw the Mister Sweet brand and I was reminded of my experience and opted for their competitor .<br> <br> I want to highlight the bad customer service from Mister Sweet and that is why i would rather go with trusted other brands instead of them. Poor delivery Mister Sweet and I am a kind of person that always supports smaller growing companies....thanks for the bad taste you left in my mouth.
