'Eggcellent' Service

<p>I purchased a packet of Speckled Eggs (by Mister Sweet) and upon coming home I saw a large white patch on one of the eggs which sent my mind spinning into thinking that it could possibly be mould with white spores as such. So I sent a complaint to the Feedback address listed on the back of the product detailing that a more stringent quality control measure should be taken. I was responded to and it was arranged for the package to be picked up, it was said by the Quality Control Department that the patch was actually the white candy coating that had crystallized and offered to send me a new package as a show of goodwill. I'm extremely pleased with their service and the way in which the emails were detailed. They gave me peace of mind and responded accordingly. Well done Sipho and Valentia! </p>
