Terrible business practices and customer services

Unacceptable business practices. Placed an order on the 15th February 2025 Follow up of the goods on the 10th March 2025 and was advised goods would be ready end of March 2025. 2nd follow up on 2nd April and requested cancellation of order as the goods were no longer required and no further ETA was communicated. They responded that my refund will take a further 30 woking days.

Do not order from Miss H, they have terrible business practices.
