Disappointed in service received

I placed an order with misshdesigns on the 13 march for 2 items that were advertised on Instagram that the ready date would be from the 14th April . I've been sending emails there would go days that I wouldn't get a response and when I do get a response the dates keep changing. Called them this morning asking a refund and got a response saying that the refund takes 31 days . Keep in mind it's literally almost 2 months that I am waiting on my items. I placed 2 orders I do not even want to start with the other order I am waiting on.
