*****ing airtime

My 11 year old daughter loaded airtime on her phone and when she woke on 1 oct 2015 all her airtime was gone.I contacted cell see and they informed me that it was taken my Mira networks.I've cancelled all I had to and now I have to wait 48 hours before anymore recharges can be done.she has not subscribed to any of the **** sites that she had on her list,her phone is off majority of the time.she only downloads songs.these guys need to be stopped.according to one of their x callcentre agents this company is just a platform that these subscription sites use.so if these sites are using them as a platform then why are those subscription sites not getting charged by mira,why are peoples accounts being debited without any permission by the owners of the accounts!?this is not right at all,they need to refund
