So called subscription

I loaded airtime and suddenly I had reached my call limit. I called my network and was informed I had a subscription that charged me R10 a day. I never subscribed to anything, infact I hate these subscriptions ******* so I never entertain them. My network told me the name and details of the company. This is utter ******* as I have lost R50 worth of airtime on a subscription I never took. I want my money back. I wonder how many people are being ****** like me. This is *****, talking people's money without their consent!<br>
