A deduction of R300 on a new contract. This is for a pensioner. No one can give you any details and no one can stop this ******* subscription. Now we are starting to have problems with the service provider. My mother in law needs this stopped and refunded. How is this possible? The number concerned is ***. E Muller.

A subscription to Jiville was activated via the Vodacom double opt in confirmation step on the 10.12.2014. The service sent a welcome sms upon activation as well as a reminder sms on the 08.01.2015. It has been cancelled via Vodacom on the 25.02.2015.
