Deceptive Content Management Services Subsription

R10 a day has been deducted via my Cell C router account (no: ********** ). It came to my attention yesterday. Apparently the deduction started on the 13th of June 2017. I unsubscribed yesterday after querying my account. That is 141 days x R10 = R1,410.00!!! I want a full refund and I want answers. What premium diamond-studded services/products are you punting at R10 a day????? I want to see the copy of the agreement where I apparently agreed to this being deducted. I am not taking this lightly. I am fuming. From an online search I did, I see this practice has been going on for years and people are constantly complaining. What measures have you put in place to protect the public and to keep them informed of the costs they are incurring? Totally unacceptable. *********. I will venture into the legality of this once you provide me with the required documentation.

It has been 3 weeks. Not a word from you guys. Either on Hellopeter or on the emails I have sent. I want resolution of this matter urgently and by resolution I mean a refund of R1,410. If I hear nothing from you in the next 48 hours I will have no option but to open a 1) ******** case of ***** against Directors of Mira Networks, and 2) lodge a grievance via WASPA. This is not an idle threat, it is a sincere promise. It is time for a high-level investigation into dubious wasp-susbsciptions so that this underhanded ********* business practices can stop. I am not the only person. You are making a ****load of money from unsuspecting people and have the audacity to channel funds through network providers with which we have gone into agreement in good faith.

I received a refund of R490.00 this morning. The total amount due is R1,410.00. When will the balance of R920,00 be refunded?

No response?!!! Mira Networks is quite conspicuous in their absence. I need resolution of this matter now and if you cannot or refuse to resolve then please advice of the process going forward. You have an obligation to do so.
