i bought a mint phone. it was not even a year old the battery was swollen up and i could not use the phone anymore i went back to he store they said i must get in contact with mint so i did mint promised to replace the battery after wanting me to pay for it first i said i'm not paying as the phone is not even a year old so they agreed to send me one at no cost i emailed them and asked when i can expect the battery they said they did not have stock and i should follow up in 2 weeks so i did but to my surprise my emails was blocked from going thru now i have a phone i cant use i want therm to step u and do as they said they will
