Mint Cell Phones - waste off money

Mint Cell phones are the worst. My husband has his phone for approximately 8 months and it is giving major problems. It freezes, it gives messages of sim card problems, switch itself on and off. People has cell phones to make life easier but this is making life difficult. I can't reach my husband when I need him. It is an ************* phone. Battery does not last and needs to be charge daily. Is this the type of products that is getting sold these days? Just so that it can last 6 months and then give you problems? I am so disappointed in Mint Cell Phones.
