Worst Autobody repair centre in the southern hemisphere

<p>Vehicle was book to go to this terrible place in Fed2017.</p> <p> </p> <p>Received constant updates to tell me how far the progress is of by bakkie being repaired which ended up being lies.</p> <p>After 6 weeks I was told my vehicle was ready for collection, got the money ready , took off work and went to collect it, after speaking to the Workshop Manager: Ferdie, he had no clue what my vehicle even looked like, took a walk with him through the entire workshop and guess what I found: my bakkie parked outside in the rain, with the tailgate removed and parts packed on top of it, so after 6 weeks nothing has been touched.</p> <p>Furiously i phoned my insurer which advised that they have given authorization a week after book-in that the repairs can commence.</p> <p>The Manager: Rodger told me that they havent eceived anything thats why they didnt start, which was telling me one lie after the other from start to now 6 months later.</p> <p>Eventually after another 2 weeks of frustration ( this now is week8) they found the authorization from my insurer, ordered parts and started with the repairs that took another 4 weeks to repair (week12).</p> <p>Took delivery of the vehicle and found a few issues that I was not happy with, insurer approved and Rodger gave me a call to arrange for a courtesy vehicle while they fixed the repairs since this day, (another 6 weeks later) I have phoned 3 times to ask when I can bring in my vehicle to be repaired, all 3 times with Rodger telling me that he will give me a call shortly to arrange with me and just leaves the situation. I am now sitting with a 400k vehicle that was half-repaired.</p> <p>I would not advise for anyone taking their vehicle here, you will be **** to, untill you just eventually just give up hope, I on the other hand am busy with Legal steps to get this sorted.</p>
