I am formally raising my dissatisfaction regarding the handling of my vehicle claim involving Hollard, Mini/Maxi Panel beater and associated service providers. My vehicle was handed over without body damage and was later returned to me with additional visible damage that was not present prior to towing and repairs. More than a week has passed since an assessor inspected the vehicle, yet I still have not received proper feedback, accountability, or a clear resolution. I have also received contradictory information regarding a sump plate/component: I was initially advised that the part was required and ordered I was later told the vehicle could be driven without it I was then informed that the part was not damaged, not required, and that the order had been cancelled Despite these conflicting explanations, I am now allegedly expected to pay for: A component that was ultimately not replaced Repairs relating to damage that appears to have occurred while the vehicle was under the control of service providers appointed through the insurer I find it unacceptable that a vehicle handed over in one condition was returned in a worse condition, while I am left struggling to obtain clear answers or accountability. To date, I still do not have written confirmation regarding: The vehicle’s safety The impact on my warranty Responsibility for the additional damages I have attempted to resolve this matter privately and professionally, however the ongoing delays, inconsistent information, and lack of communication have left me with little confidence in the handling of this claim. I trust this matter will now receive the urgent attention it requires.

I'm disappointed with the service I've received. Promised delivery dates weren't met, and communication was lacking. The staff seemed unhelpful, and complaints weren't addressed professionally. Are there processes in place for repairs and customer issues? Fixing these issues would help maintain trust and reputation.

Worst experience of my life .Will never recommend anyone to them .I first took my car in November of 2025 for hail damage after a month i was notified my car was ready upon inspection i noticed overspray and my mirror not working .I then took back my car as they fixed the overspray skip toe March (not having my car for more than 4 months) the still cant even give me updates on when my car will be ready. This is so unacceptable and the worst service i have ever experienced.
