Mini/maxi panelbeaters poor service

I'm terribly shocked with the service. I always thought this was a very professional panelbeating company when driving pass them. My car has been with them for over 2 weeks and I have to phone everyday and all that happens is nothing. No one seems to be taking responsibility and it sounds very unorganised.

I read a couple of the reviews and I can pull my hair out for not checking Hello Peter before telling the insurance company that the claim be sent to them.
