Lack of Communication

I took my car in on Monday for an assessment. After numerous calls to to speak to the staff member who did the assessment in order for him to submit the claim to my insurance, was told that they are not taking in cars for repairs! Why could this not been told to me in the first place. Clearly lacking in customer service...
