Horrible Service

In January this year I hit a pot hole with my A180 Mercedes. I am insured with Outsurance who instructed me to take my car which was badly damaged to Mini Maxi Panel beaters. After a month I was contacted and told to collect it when I got there I was told that there is damage to a rim sensor which is causing all the problems. We took the car and drove around the block and it sounded worse then ever so I left the car there for further repairs.They then removed the drive shaft and sent it to Central Propshaft who apparently did the repairs on it. I was then notified that I must collect the car when arriving there it was still not repaired and was left there again.The 3rd time we collected the car they said they would send it to a company that specialises in gearboxes. I was then given a courtesy car it had a rusted key that couldn't be taken out the ignition. What is even worse is the cars licence expired in May 2014? Fourth time all the warning lights came on and central locking didn't work .I'm now taking my car to the AA for full report Outsurance never bothered to come back to me to assist me, who is going to solve this problem? Now I don't have a car and cant get to work!!!
