BAD WORKMANSHIP AND DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE

I took my car in for repair to the rear end of my vehicle. After waiting an additional 2 weeks i received my car. The boot was not aligned centrally, the bumper was not fully attached, the lights were not flush with the boot lid, the paint was bubbling, and i had two deep scratches on the roof of my vehicle. It was negotiated that i could return the vehicle to have it rectified. The repair was an addition 3 days. The boot is still not aligned properly. The scratches on the roof were not attended to and the inside of the wheel rim is hanging. This is now almost 2 months later and i am still waiting for feedback and to have the above problems resolved
