12 August till now no car

I am insured with Auto and general. My car got rear ended on the 12th of August 2015, Audi A4 and was sent to mini/maxi for repairs. Since then till now I have been told that they are waiting for parts, one part at a time. I have to call them always and at no time do they try to give me feedback. I have been told for a month now that its almost done and in inspection just waiting for the last part. <br> <br> I believe they can do better but just that their attitude is bad.
